Is your power off? You can use the LIVE power cut map to see if your power cut has been reported andan estimate of when your power will be back on. If your power cut is not showing on this map then please report your power cut using UK Powernetworks online report it form

Vulnerable customers

UK Power Networks has a Priority Service Register for those who may be more vulnerable and require extra assistance in a power cut. You can find out more information on our website or by calling us on 0800 31 63 105 or 0333 32 32 105 if calling from a mobile. UK Powernetworks currently work with the British Red Cross who can activate their volunteers to support vulnerable customers if power is affected.
